الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع خدمة المجتمع بكلية التربية جامعة الخرطوم من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في ضوء المعايير الوطنية لضمان جودة التعليم العالي في السودان. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبلغ حجم العينة 53 من أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتم استخدام الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، وتم تحليل البيانات احصائياً عن طريق المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن إدارة خدمة المجتمع جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، ويدل ذلك على ضعف الاهتمام الكلية بإدارة خدمة المجتمع، وكذلك إن برامج إدارة خدمة المجتمع جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، ويدل ذلك على الاهتمام ببرامج وأنشطة خدمة المجتمع وانبثاقها من رؤية ورسالة الكلية، وأيضاً أن تطوير خدمة المجتمع جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة جداً، ويدل هذا على اهتمام كلية التربية بتطوير وظيفة خدمة المجتمع. وأوصت الدراسة بالعمل على معالجة ضعف إدارة خدمة المجتمع، وضرورة الاهتمام ببرامج إدارة خدمة المجتمع، وكذلك العمل على توفير ميزانية كافية لإدارة خدمة المجتمع لتنفيذ خططها. Abstract : The study aimed at identifying the reality of community service at the Faculty of Education, University of Khartoum from the viewpoint of faculty members in light of national standards for quality assurance of higher education in Sudan. The study used the descriptive analytical method, the study sample involved 53 faculty members, the questionnaire was used to collect data, and the data were statistically analyzed by means and standard deviations. The results of the study showed that community service management came with a medium degree, and this indicates the weak interest of the college in community service management. The community service management programs came out with a high degree, and this indicates interest in community service programs and activities and their emergence from the vision and mission of the faculty. Also, the development of community service came as a result of a very high degree, and this indicates the interest of the faculty of Education in developing the function of community service. The study recommended working to address the weakness of community service management, and the need to pay attention to community service management programs, as well as to provide an adequate budget for community service management to implement its plans.
