الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى تعزيز أخلاقيات مزاولة المهنة لدى طلاب الكليات الطبية والصحية بجامعة الملك خالد. ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تحليل مضمون مقررات "أخلاقيات المهنة" في تلك الكليات في ضوء ما تضمنته كل من: "اللائحة السعودية لنظام مزاولة المهن الصحية"، وميثاق "أخلاقيات الممارس الصحي" من أخلاقيات. وتوصلت الدراسة لنتائج عدة، أهمها: اقتصار تدريس مقرر أخلاقيات المهنة على كليتين فقط، وإغفال محتوى المقرر لكثير من مفردات مزاولة المهنة، بالإضافة إلى عدم استخدام الإستراتيجيات الحديثة في التدريس. واقترحت الدراسة إستراتيجية لتعزيز أخلاقيات المهنة لدى طلاب الكليات الطبية والصحية بجامعة الملك خالد، وأوصت الدراسة بتبنيها. Abstract: The study aimed to enhance the ethics of practicing the profession among students of medical and healthy colleges at King Khalid University. To achieve this, the analytical descriptive method was used, through analyzing the content of the “professional ethics” courses in those colleges in light of what was included in each of: “the Saudi regulation for the practice of healthy professions” and the “healthy practitioner ethics” charter. The study reached several results, the most important of which were: The teaching of the professional ethics course is limited to only two colleges, and the course content neglected many items of the practice of the profession, in addition to not using modern strategies in teaching. The study suggested a strategy to enhance professional ethics among students of medical and healthy colleges at King Khalid University, and the study recommended its adoption.
