Aproximación Literaria Del Magreb En La Obra De Isaac Muñoz

El objetivo de este artículo es presentar la obra del escritor modernista Isaac Muñoz, relacionándola con la tendencia literaria que dominaba en aquel momento que es, el modernismo y cuando se habla de Muñoz, se trata del Oriente y su impacto en el modernismo del fin del siglo XIX. El escritor fue un admirador de todo lo árabe y la mayoría de su obra está dirigida al Oriente y sobre todo el Magreb y Egipto. Esta investigación muestra la importancia del oriente en la novela española decadente que estaba obsesionada por todo lo exótico y raro que caracterizó la cultura árabe musulmana, a través de un autor que se considera como un arabista y orientalista, amante del Oriente y su diversidad. El Magreb, constituye a todos los modernistas una forma de evasión de su diario cotidiano y explorar otros mundos llenos de maravillas, a lo largo de su trayectoria de creación artística y literaria. The objective of this article is to present the work of the modernist writer Isaac Muñoz, relating it to the literary trend that dominated at that time, which is modernism and when talking about Muñoz, it is about the East and its impact on modernism at the end of the XIX century. The writer was an admirer of everything Arab and most of his work is directed to the East and especially the Maghreb and Egypt. This research shows the importance of the East in the decadent Spanish novel that was obsessed by everything exotic and strange that characterized Arab Muslim culture, through an author who considers himself an Arabist and Orientalist, a lover of the East and its diversity. The Maghreb constitutes for all modernists a form of escape from your everyday life and explore other worlds full of wonders, throughout his career of artistic and literary creation.
