الذاكرة ومسألة بناء الثقة في العلاقات الجزائرية الفرنسية

الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التناول بالدراسة والتحليل الدور الذي تلعبه مسألة الذاكرة في التوجيه والتأثير على مسار العلاقات الجزائرية الفرنسية مع العمل على إبراز التدابير والآليات التي تم تبنيها لجسر الهوة وبناء الثقة بين الطرفين، إنطلاقا من الميراث الاستعماري الثقيل الذي خلفته المأساة الاستعمارية طيلة 132 سنة، وفي إطار العلاقات الدولية تعلب الذاكرة الجماعية دورا هاما في كيفية تفاعل وبناء علاقة الثقة فيما بينهما، وتطرح مسألة الذاكرة التاريخية لا سيما بين الجزائر وفرنسا مشاكل معقدة أضرت بالمصالحة والتعايش، لقد تركت سنوات التاريخ المشترك التي إتسمت بالإستعمار وحرب الإستقلال الجزائرية آثار عميقة في ذاكرة الشعبين. إن دراسة هذه الذاكرة كعامل مؤثر على الثقة مهمة جدا، ليس لفهم العلاقات الماضية ولكن أيضا للتفكير في المستقبل، تظهر الأدبيات حول هذا الموضوع جوانب مختلفة من الذكريات المشتركة والمتضاربة بين الجزائر وفرنسا، وعلى الرغم من المصالح المشتركة بين البلدين إلا أن العلاقة بينهما يطبعها التأزم المستمر بسبب عدم الرغبة من الجانب الرسمي الفرنسي في حلحلة الملفات المتعلقة بالذاكرة بالإضافة إلى التصريحات المستفزة من طرف أنصار الحنين للجزائر فرنسية. Abstract: This research paper aims to study the role played by the issue of memory in guiding and influencing the course of Algerian-French relations, while highlighting the measures and mechanisms adopted to bridge the gap and build trust between the two parties, based on the heavy colonial legacy left behind by the colonial tragedy over 132 years. In the context of international relations, collective memory plays a significant role in how people interact and build trust. The issue of historical memory, particularly between Algeria and France, poses complex problems of reconciliation and coexistence. The years of shared history, marked by colonialism and the Algerian War of Independence, have left profound marks on the memories of both peoples. Studying this memory as a factor influencing trust is very important, not only to understand past relations but also to think about the future. The literature on this subject shows different aspects of shared and conflicting memories between Algeria and France. Despite the common interests between the two countries, the relationship between them is marked by a continuing crisis due to the unwillingness of the official French side in resolving memory-related issues, as well as provocative statements by supporters of nostalgia for French Algeria
