الملخص
ملخص: مثل ارساء آلية الحوار الاستراتيجي الجزائري الايطالي أحد ابرز وأهم مظهر للتطورات المهمة غير المسبوقة التي تميزت بها العلاقات الجزائرية الإيطالية و شملت العديد من المجالات و أرست مصالح حيوية مشتركة و متكاملة و ذلك في ظل تحولات جيوسياسية اقليمية و دولية. فالحوار الاستراتيجي أصبح آلية مؤسسية على اعلى المستويات السياسية في البلدين حيث اضطلع بعدة مهام واكب بها مختلف تطورات العلاقات الثنائية من خلال عقد دورات للتنسيق و التشاور ما مكن من تطوير مختلف مستويات التعاون لضمان تحقيق المصالح الإستراتيجية المشتركة كما تناول بقدر كبير من الأهمية و المشاورات المعمقة مختلف القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك على المستويين الاقليمي و الدولي المرتبطة بالأمن القومي و الاستقرار و التنمية من خلال ارساء رؤى متقاربة و مشتركة حول ابعادها و تاثيراتها على البلدين . الكلمات المفتاحية: الجزائر، ايطاليا ، الحوار الاستراتيجي ، التعاون الثنائي. Abstract: “Such as the establishment of the Algerian–Italian Strategic Dialogue, which constitutes one of the most prominent and important manifestations of the unprecedented developments that have characterized Algerian–Italian relations. These developments have encompassed numerous fields and laid the foundations for vital, shared, and complementary interests, within the context of regional and international geopolitical transformations. The Strategic Dialogue has become an institutional mechanism at the highest political levels in both countries. It has assumed several roles by accompanying the various developments in bilateral relations through the holding of coordination and consultation rounds, which has enabled the enhancement of different levels of cooperation in order to ensure the achievement of shared strategic interests. It has also addressed, with great importance and in-depth consultations, various issues of common concern at both the regional and international levels related to national security, stability, and development, by establishing convergent and shared visions regarding their dimensions and their implications for both countries.
