الخصائص الشخصية والمهنية للأستاذ الجامعي في ظل متطلبات الجودة The Personal And Professional Characteristics Of A University Professor Under The Requirements Of Quality

الملخص

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الخصائص الشخصية والمهنية للأستاذ الجامعي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم إعداد استبيان تكون (30 ) فقرة موزعة على مجالين مجال للخصائص الشخصية ومجال للخصائص المهنية، واتبع المنهج الوصفي وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في الكشف عن الخصائص الشخصية المهنية للأستاذ الجامعي حسب تقديرات طلبة طلاب كلية الآداب بجامعة صبراتة خلال العام الجامعي 2019- 2020، وتكونت العينة من (130) طالباً وطالبة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن أهم الخصائص الشخصية التي يجب أن تتوفر في الأستاذ الجامعي هي: أن يتصف بالأخلاق الحميدة كالصدق والأمانة، وأن يحترم النظام، والطلاقة اللفظية والقدرة على التعبير، وأن يعتز بمهنة التدريس وبرسالته كمعلم، وأن يتحمل مسئولية ما يتخذه من قرارات، والأناقة والنظافة الشخصية، Abstract: The study aims to identify the personal and professional characteristics of the university professor, and to achieve the goal of the study a questionnaire has been prepared that is (30) paragraphs distributed in two areas for personal characteristics and a field for professional characteristics, and followed the descriptive approach and the importance of the study lies in revealing the professional personal characteristics of the university professor according to the estimates of students The College of Arts at Sabratha University during the academic year 2019-2020, and the sample consisted of (130) male and female students, and the results of the study concluded that the most important personal characteristics that must be available in the university professor are: To be characterized by good morals such as honesty and trustworthiness, and to respect the system, and fluency Verbal and the ability to express, and to be proud of the teaching profession and its mission as a teacher, and to bear responsibility for the decisions it takes, elegance and personal hygiene.
