الملخص
تعد المَتاحف مَراكز ثقافية وعِلمية تهدف الى الحفاظ على الموروث الثقافي، فَهي ليست مجرد أماكن تُعرض فيها القطع والأعمال الفنية بل هي حلقة تربط الأجيال بموروثها. وقد كان للتكنولوجيا دورا في تعزيز مكانتها من خلال اضافة تقنيات حديثة لتطويرها وتحسين ادائها، فعمد القائمون عليها الى التوجه نحو استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي لزيادة مستوى التفاعل وتحقيق العديد من الامتيازات كتفعيل تقنية الواقع المعزز وغيرها. تهدف الدراسة الى الكشف عن مزايا تطبيق تقنيات AI بالمتاحف وابراز تحديات تطبيقها وتم اختيار متحف سيول للروبوت بكوريا الجنوبية Museums are cultural and scientific centers that aim to preserve cultural heritage. They are not just places where pieces and works of art are displayed, but rather they are a link that connects generations to their heritage. Technology has played a role in enhancing its position by adding modern technologies to develop it and improve its performance.Those responsible for it have moved towards using AI tools to increase the level of interaction and achieve many privileges, such as activating augmented reality technology and others. The study aims to reveal the advantages of applying AI technologies in museums and highlight the challenges of applying them .The Seoul Robot Museum in South Korea was chosen.
