الحوكمة من أجل الاستدامة: ممارسات المجتمع الاقليمي في كوبنهاجن

الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى عرض التجربة الرائدة للعاصمة الدنماركية كوبنهاجن في تحقيق تنمية محلية مستدامة، إبراز أهم المفاهيم النظرية المتعلقة بجوانب الموضوع، وتتبع الأثر الإيجابي الحوكمة في وضع المرتكزات والمبادرات والسياسات للوصول إلى الهداف المسطرة، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوقوف على النهج وأهم محركات التحول للمدينة. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن ما يميز كوبنهاجن كمدينة رائدة هو استهداف المزيج الاستراتيجي من التعاون بين البلدية ومواطنيها، فالمدينة أكدت في كل مبادرة قامت بها أو سياسة تبنتها على إشراك المواطنين والشركات في صنع القرار، كما أن المبادرات والسياسات تعكس تطلعات المجتمع لأنها كانت تعتمد بشكل أساسي على البيانات والأفكار من السكان مما ساهم في تعزيز استخدام الحوكمة المحلية لتحقيق التنمية المحلية المستدامة The aim of this research paper is to present the Danish capital, Copenhagen’s pioneering experience in achieving sustainable local development, highlighting the most important theoretical concepts related to the subject, and tracking the positive Impact of governance in establishing foundations, initiatives, and policies to reach the set goals, using the descriptive-analytical approach to understand the perform and the primary drives of the city’s transformation. The study concludes that Copenhagen’s distinction as a leading city stems from strategic collaboration between the municipality and the citizens. The city has emphasized the participation of residents and businesses in every project and program it has implemented. The projects and policies embody the community’s ambitions since they were mostly derived from data and insights provided by the citizens, therefore improving the local governance use to achieve sustainable local.
