Human Development For Enhancing Competitiveness: An Econometric Study According To The Competitiveness Index-the Economy And Human Development In Algeria During The Period (2010–2020)

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine human development as a means of enhancing competitiveness on the basis of the Competitiveness Index for the Algerian economy and human development during the period 2010--2020. The research uses a multiple linear regression methodology, taking Algeria's economic competitiveness index as the independent variable and the human development index as the dependent variable. To achieve optimal progress in human development, sustained national competitiveness is crucial. Accordingly, this study seeks to identify the variables under investigation while highlighting the importance of human development in supporting competitiveness. The findings reveal a significant effect between the study variables and a statistically significant regression model.. ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة التنمية البشرية لتحسين التنافسية حسب مؤشر التنافسية الاقتصاد والتنمية البشرية لجزائر خلال الفترة (2010- 2020)، باستخدام منهجية الانحدار الخطي المتعدد اعتمادا على مؤشر التنافسية الاقتصاد لجزائر كمتغير مستقل يمثله مؤشر التنمية البشرية كمتغير تابع،و من أجل الوصول لحل أمثل لتقدم في التنمية البشرية لابد من تحصيل تنافسية مستدامة لدولة، وعلية ستسعي هذه الدراسة إلى كشف عن متغيرات الدراسة، مع التطرق إلى أهمية التنمية البشرية في دعم التنافسية، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر معنوي بين متغيرات الدراسة ونموذج الانحدار معنوي.
