Authors : Bouguerra Nour El Houda . Benzine Hamza .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of Quality of Work Life on enhancing job passion among faculty members at the University of Ghardaia. It relied on descriptive and analytical methods and case studies, using questionnaires as the main tool for collecting data from a cross-sectional sample of 45 individuals. After the field study, the results were analyzed and interpreted, and we found a statistically significant correlation between the two variables. The dimensions of Quality of Work Life (economic, administrative, and social) collectively affect the promotion of job passion among professors by 39%. The social dimension also proved to have a moral impact on job passion, unlike the economic and administrative dimensions.
