Abstract: The motor expression of the primary school child, with all its spontaneous motor behaviors, especially those that take the form of play, is considered an essential part of childhood life. It accompanies his overall development and through it he seeks to assert and affirm his identity in the environment in which he lives. Therefore, it is best for him to find an extension of this motor behavior within an organized and structured framework that takes into account his specialties, characteristics, and physical capabilities, especially now that this subject in primary education is now presented by a specialized teacher. This is evidence of the interest of countries in physical education in school as it is the cornerstone for building a mentally and physically balanced personality, which has been confirmed by numerous studies conducted in various parts of the world (Amin Anwar Al-Kholi, p. 154, 1995). This is what is included in the physical education and sports class, which remains the most abundant space for learning in the form of play, provided that the teacher addresses it with his students in a purposeful teaching and learning format, far from indoctrination and sports research training and what it requires in terms of specificities that may stand in the way of achieving the educational goal. This is what led us to pose the question: Does the physical education and sports class actually contribute to achieving emotional goals?
