Studying The Correlation Between Psychological Skills And The Performance Of The National Handball Team U 21 Years.

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the correlation between psychological skills and the performance of offensive skills for the national under-21 handball team during the World Handball Championship organized by Algeria to achieve this, and the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, where the sample was (12) players, where we applied scientific research tools to them, represented by the Mahoney and Tyler scale of psychological skills, in addition to the players’ offensive performance observation card. The results showed a discrepancy in the percentages of indicators of psychological skills and players’ performance. هدفت هذه الدراسة الى دراسة العلاقة الإرتباطية بين المهارات النفسية، بلأداء المهاري الهجومي للمنتخب الوطني لكرة اليد فئة اقل من 21 سنة خلال البطولة العالمية لكرة اليد التي نظمتها الجزائر، قصد دراسة العلاقة الإرتباطية بين المتغيرين استعمل الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث كانت العينة (12) لاعب، اين طبقنا عليهم أدوات البحث العلمي المتمثلة في مقياس المهارات النفسية لماهوني وتايلر، إضافة إلى بطاقة ملاحظة أداء الهجومي اللاعبين، بينت النتائج وجود تباين في نسب مؤشرات المهارات النفسية و اداء اللاعبين.
