This study examines the relationship between corporate governance and organizational social behavior, with a particular focus on the impact of organizational culture and internal trust in enhancing the effectiveness of financial decision-making and overall institutional performance. The research draws on a range of economic and organizational theories, including Agency Theory, Stewardship Theory, and Stakeholder Theory, as well as Social Capital Theory and Organizational Learning Theory, to illustrate how social and cultural factors influence the quality of governance practices. The analysis indicates that sustainable financial performance is closely linked to the integration of formal governance structures with an organizational environment characterized by trust, participation, and continuous learning. The study concludes that effective governance is not merely a regulatory framework but an integrated socio-organizational system that constitutes a fundamental pillar for institutional sustainability.
