الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تقديم قراءة سوسيولوجية حول الذكاء الاصطناعي وعلاقات السلطة من خلال تسليط الضوء على التحولات التي طرأت وستطرأ على العمل والتنظيم، وسيتم من خلال هذا العمل تحليل تأثير استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في مجال نشاط عمل المؤسسات، بالتركيز على التحولات التي يشهدها عالم العمل والتنظيم في ظل الثورة الرقمية الحالية من بروز نوع جديدة من السلطة وظهور أدوار جديدة في العمل، مع تبيان لبعض التحديات الاجتماعية والثقافية المصاحبة للتغيير. ABSTRACT: This research paper aims to provide a sociological reading of artificial intelligence and power relations by highlighting the transformations that have occurred and are expected to occur in work and organizational structures. This is achieved through an analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence use on institutional work activities, with a particular focus on the transformations shaping the world of work and organization in the context of the current digital revolution. The research paper examines the emergence of new forms of power and the appearance of new roles within the workplace, while also outlining some of the social and cultural challenges accompanying these changes
