علاقة البعثات الاستكشافية بمشروع السكة الحديدة العابر للصحراء الجزائرية في القرنين 19 و 20 م

الملخص
تعتبر البعثات الاستكشافية الاوربية نحو الجزائر ذات أهمية بالغة حيث اعتبرت بمثابة مفتاح الغزو الفرنسي ، وخريطة الطريق نحو الشروع في تنفيذ مشاريعه الاقتصادية خاصة مشروع السكة الحديدية العابر للصحراء، وهو موضوع بحثنا وتنفيذا لأفكار التيار السان سيموني بشمال افريقيا ،أما الهدف منه هو توضيح أن البعثات الاستكشافية تتقاطع في عدة نقاط مع مشروع السكة الحديدية وهو ما لم تنفه التقارير الفرنسية التي تناولت المشروع مرورا بالمرسوم الامبراطوري عام 1857 الذي يشجع على التوسع في الصحراء الجزائرية واستغلال ثرواتها تمهيدا للتوغل في افريقيا لاسترجاع المجد الفرنسي وبناء امبراطورية فرنسية جديدة بافريقيا. Abstract: The European exploratory missions towards Algeria are of great importance as they were considered the key to the French invasion, and the road map towards starting to implement its economic projects, especially the trans-Saharan railway project, which is the subject of our research and the implementation of the ideas of the Saint-Simonian movement in North Africa. The aim of it is to clarify that the exploratory missions intersect at several points with the railway project, which was not denied by the French reports that dealt with the project through the imperial decree of 1857, which encouraged expansion in the Algerian desert and the exploitation of its resources in preparation for penetration into Africa to restore French glory and build a new French empire in Africa.
