The Contribution Of Applied Education To The Development And Achievement Of Educational Competencies Among Field-training Students

Abstract
كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو معرفة مدى مساهمة حصص التربية العملية في بناء وتحقيق بعض الكفايات التعليمية لدى طلبة التربص الميداني سنة ثالثة بجامعة سطيف 2، حيث استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي لملائمته موضوع الدراسة وأداة الاستبيان على عينة متمثلة في 74 طالب تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة من أصل 208 طالب. ولقد كانت أهم النتائج التي تم توصل إليها هي أن للتربية التطبيقية أهمية وفعالية إيجابية في بناء وتحقيق الكفايات التعليمية لدى طلبة التربص الميداني. Abstract: The aim of this study was to examine the extent to which practical education sessions contribute to the development and achievement of certain educational competencies among third-year field-training students at Sétif 2 University. The researchers employed the descriptive method, given its suitability for the study’s subject, and utilized a questionnaire as the main research tool. The sample consisted of 74 students, selected through simple random sampling from a total population of 208 students. The main findings revealed that applied education plays a significant and positive role in building and enhancing educational competencies among field-training students.
