الاقتصاد غير الرسمي: قراءة في المفهوم

الملخص
تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على قضيتين مهمتين، الأولى متعلقة بالجانب المنهجي تتعلق بأزمة المفاهيم في العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية وما يحوم حولها من خلافات خاصة في كيفية رصدها ميدانيا أو إمبريقيا بتحويلها إلى مؤشرات قابلة للقياس وبالتالي يصبح المفهوم هنا متغيرا، وهذا الوضع يصطلح عليه بـ"بأزمة المفهوم"، والثانية متعلقة بمفهوم الاقتصاد غير الرسمي وما يحوم حوله من خلافات في التحليل بين مختلف الحقول المعرفية، وبين الخطاب الرسمي والأكاديمي، وهو ما تتناوله هذه الدراسة، من خلال العناوين الآتية: 1 - الاعتبار القبلي للمفهوم في العلوم الاجتماعية والانسانية. 2 - من أزمة المفهوم إلى مفهوم المتغير. 3 – الاقتصاد غير الرسمي، الإجماع في التوصيف والاختلاف في التحليل. 4- الحوار النقدي بين الباحثين ومسألة التكييف- التأويل في مفهوم الاقتصاد غير الرسمي. Abstract: This study seeks to shed light on two significant issues. The first is a methodological matter related to the crisis of concepts within the humanities and social sciences, and the surrounding disagreements—specifically regarding how to monitor them empirically or in the field, by transforming them into measurable indicators, thus rendering the concept a variable. This situation is termed the 'crisis of the concept.', The second issue relates to the concept of the informal economy and the analytical disagreements surrounding it among different epistemological fields, as well as between official and academic discourses. The study addresses this through the following sections: 1. The A Priori Consideration of the concept in the social and human sciences. 2. From the crisis of the concept to the concept of the variable. 3. The Informal Economy: Consensus in Description and divergence in analysis. 4. The Critical Dialogue among researchers and the issue of Adaptation-Interpretation in the concept of the informal economy.
