السلوكيات النمطية لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد وانعكاساتها على جودة الحياة الأسرية: تحليل نظري تكاملي

الملخص

تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف السلوكيات النمطية لدى أطفال طيف التوحد وتأثيرها على جودة الحياة الأسرية، مع تقييم دور التدخلات المبكرة النفسية والتربوية في التخفيف من آثارها. تم استخدام المنهج العيادي لجمع بيانات نوعية عن طبيعة السلوكيات النمطية وتجربة الأسر في التعامل معها. أظهرت النتائج أن هذه السلوكيات مثل التكرار الحركي، مقاومة التغيير، والانشغال المكثف بموضوعات محددة تؤثر سلبًا على الروتين الأسري وتزيد الضغوط النفسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية على الوالدين، مؤثرة بالتالي في التفاعل والتوافق الأسري. كما بينت الدراسة أن وعي الأسرة ومرونتها في التعامل مع السلوكيات النمطية يخفف من الآثار السلبية. وتؤكد النتائج أهمية التدخلات المبكرة في تعديل السلوك وتعزيز مهارات الوالدين، مع تبني منظور منظومي يدمج دعم الطفل والأسرة، لضمان بيئة أسرية مستقرة تسهم في التنمية النفسية والاجتماعية للأطفال. Abstract: This study aims to explore stereotypic behaviors in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their impact on family quality of life, alongside evaluating the role of early psychological and educational interventions in mitigating these effects. A clinical approach was employed to collect qualitative data regarding the nature of stereotypic behaviors and family experiences in managing them. Findings indicate that behaviors such as motor repetition, resistance to change, and intense focus on specific subjects negatively affect family routines, increasing psychological, social, and economic stress on parents, thereby influencing family interaction and cohesion. The study also highlights that family awareness and flexibility in managing stereotypic behaviors alleviate their adverse effects. Results underscore the importance of early interventions aimed at behavior modification and enhancing parental skills, advocating for a systemic perspective that integrates child behavior management with parental support to ensure a stable, nurturing family environment conducive to children’s psychological and social development Keywords: - Stereotypic behaviors - Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) - Family quality of life - Early interventions - Family support
