استخدام موقع الفيسبوك وتعزيز قيم المواطنة لدى الطالب الجامعي "دراسة على عينة من طلبة جامعة عمار ثليجي بالأغواط"

الملخص
الملخص: تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحليل الدور الذي يلعبه موقع فايسبوك في ترسيخ قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين، من خلال استكشاف أنماط استخدامهم للمنصة ودلالاتها الاجتماعية والتربوية، وقد اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي، حيث قام بإجراء دراسة على عيّنة وعددها (92) طالبًا من كلية العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة عمار ثليجي بالأغواط، باستخدام استبيان إلكتروني موزَّع عبر الصفحة الرسمية للكلية على فايسبوك. كما أظهرت النتائج هيمنة الاستخدام النسائي للمنصة، وانتشارًا واسعًا للاستخدام الممتدّ لأكثر من ثلاث سنوات، مع معدّل زمني يومي يتراوح بين ساعتين وأربع ساعات، ما يدلّ على اندماج الطلبة في الفضاء الرقمي كمجالٍ للتفاعل الاجتماعي والانتماء الرمزي. وكشفت الدراسة عن مساهمة فايسبوك في تعزيز قيم المواطنة من خلال دعم المشاركة الاجتماعية عبر نشر ثقافة الحوار البنّاء، وتعزيز الوعي البيئي والصحي، وتفعيل المبادرات التضامنية. وفيما يخصّ البُعد الحرّ، بيّنت النتائج أن المنصة توفّر مساحةً نسبيّةً للتعبير الحرّ عن الآراء والمشاركة في النقاشات الفكرية والثقافية، لا سيّما من خلال الانخراط في مجموعات رقمية متخصّصة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن فايسبوك يشكّل فضاءً تواصليًّا متكاملًا يُسهم في بناء قيم المواطنة الرقمية، مثل الانتماء، والمسؤولية الاجتماعية، والمشاركة المدنية، والوعي الحقوقي، رغم استمرار تحديات تتعلّق بسطحيّة بعض المضامين ونقص الكفاية الرقمية لدى فئة من المستخدمين. الكلمات المفتاحية: فايسبوك؛ قيم المواطنة؛ الطالب الجامعي؛ الانتماء الرقمي؛ المسؤولية الاجتماعية؛ الفضاء العام الرقمي. Abstract: This research paper seeks to analyze the role of Facebook in fostering digital citizenship values among university students by exploring their patterns of use and the social and educational meanings associated with them. The researcher adopted a descriptive method and conducted a field study on a sample of 92 students from the Faculty of Social Sciences at Amar Telidji University in Laghouat, using an electronic questionnaire distributed through the faculty’s official Facebook page. The findings revealed a predominance of female use of the platform and a widespread pattern of extended use exceeding three years, with a daily average ranging between two and four hours. This reflects students’ deep engagement in the digital sphere as a space for social interaction and symbolic belonging. The study showed that Facebook contributes to strengthening citizenship values by fostering social participation through the promotion of constructive dialogue, enhancing environmental and health awareness, and encouraging solidarity-based initiatives. Regarding the dimension of freedom, the results indicated that the platform provides a relatively open space for free expression of opinions and participation in intellectual and cultural discussions, particularly through involvement in specialized digital groups. The study concluded that Facebook represents an integrated communicative environment that contributes to shaping digital citizenship values such as belonging, social responsibility, civic participation, and rights awareness, despite ongoing challenges related to the superficiality of some content and the limited digital competence among certain users.
