الملخص
الملخص: يعتبر التصنيف والتأليف مظهرا من مظاهر التطور الحضاري والعلمي لكل عصر من العصور وأخص بالذكر الفترة الوسيطة أين كانت الحضارة العربية الإسلامية في أوج عطائها ورقيّها في المشرق الإسلامي، حيث سطع نجم علماؤنا المغاربة في هذا الفن (فن التدوين) أثناء مكوثهم ببلاد المشرق، فاستطاع علماء بلدينا الحبيبين بعطاء علمي ترسيخ أقدامهم في هذا المضمار وأفادوا بهذه المصنّفات الديار المشرقية من أمثال: يحي بن أحمد العلمي القسنطيني، وغيره. فحاولت في هذا البحث المنطلقة من إشكالية جوهرية مفادها: ما أهم المدونات الفقهية والحديثية لعلماء المغربين (الأدنى، والأوسط) في بلد الحجاز؟ مبرزا جهودهم العلمية في مجالي الفقه والحديث كنتيجة متوصل إليها رغبة مني إبراز هذا التراث المغاربي الزاخر في تلك الديار التي حلّوا ومكثوا بها. Abstract: Classification and authorship have long been recognized as key indicators of a civilization’s intellectual and scholarly development. This is particularly evident during the medieval period, when Arab-Islamic civilization reached the height of its cultural and scientific achievements in the Islamic East. It was during this time that scholars from the Maghreb made significant contributions to the art of documentation while residing in the East. These scholars established a lasting scholarly presence, producing works that enriched the intellectual life of their host regions. Notable figures include Yahya ibn Ahmad al-‘Alami al-Qusantini, among others. whose writings exerted a long-lasting influence on local scholarship. In this context, the current study examines the legacy of Maghrebi scholars in the Land of Hijaz, focusing specifically on their jurisprudential and hadith compilations. The central research question guiding this work is: What are the most significant legal and hadith texts authored by scholars from the Lower and Middle Maghreb during their stay in the Hijaz? By addressing this question, the study highlights the scholarly contributions of these Maghrebi figures and underscores the enduring intellectual heritage they left in the regions where they lived and taught.
