Abstract
Abstract: The topic of the execution of the algorithmic administrative decision is considered one of the most prominent contemporary issues imposed by the development of artificial intelligence and its entry into the work of public administration. With administrative institutions relying on algorithmic systems to make decisions that affect individuals’ lives, questions have emerged regarding when and how such a decision becomes enforceable and produces its legal effects. For this reason, legal scholarship and the judiciary today seek to adapt traditional legal rules to this new type of decision in order to achieve a balance between technological development and the protection of rights and freedoms.
