Challenges To The Single Window's Implementation Within Customs Services: Algerian Case

Abstract

This study presents the challenges to the single window (SW) implementation in Algeria. A thematic content analysis was employed due to the lack of empirical data and restricted information relating to the Algerian case. Findings showed that several challenges hinder the effective implementation of SW including technical and non-technical obstacles. This study is important because it provides relevant theoretical insights for scholars, researchers, and stakeholder about the obstacle hindering SW implementation in Algeria
