اتجاهات طلبة السنة الثانية ماستر إرشاد وتوجيه نحو استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي دراسة ميدانية بقسم علم النفس جامعة تبسة

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة اتجاهات طلبة السنة الثانية ماستر إرشاد وتوجيه للسنة الجامعية 2024-2025 والبالغ عددهم 48 طالب وطالبة بقسم علم النفس في جامعة تبسة نحو استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وتصميم مقياس لمعرفة هذه الاتجاهات يضم ثلاث أبعاد وهي على الترتيب اتجاهات الطلبة نحو استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي، أهمية تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في السياق الأكاديمي، التحديات التي تواجه الطلبة اثناء استخدام هذه التطبيقات. وأهم ما خاصت له الدراسة من نتائج أن اتجاهات الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج نحو استخدام وتوظيف تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في العملية التعلمية كانت إيجابية لا سيما إعداد البحوث ومذكرات التخرج ولهذه التطبيقات أهمية بالغة في توفير الوقت وتحسين تعلمهم وأنشطتهم البحثية وبالمقابل وجود بعض التحديات المرتبطة باستخدام وتوظيف هذه التطبيقات مثل نقص التدريب والوسائل وارتفاع التكاليف الخاصة بالاستفادة من الخدمات التي توفرها مختلف هذه التطبيقات. This study aimed to examine the attitudes of second-year Master's students in Guidance and Counseling for the academic year 2024–2025—totaling 48 students in the Department of Psychology at the University of Tebessa—toward the use of artificial intelligence applications, To achieve this objective, the descriptive method was employed, and a scale was designed to assess these attitudes. The scale includes three dimensions: students’ attitudes toward the use of artificial intelligence, the importance of AI applications in the academic context, and the challenges students face while using these applications The study’s most significant findings indicated that the attitudes of soon-to-graduate students toward the use and integration of artificial intelligence applications in the learning process were positive, particularly with regard to preparing research projects and graduation theses. These applications were found to be highly valuable in saving time and enhancing students’ learning and research activities. However, the study also revealed several challenges associated with the use and implementation of these applications, including insufficient training, limited resources, and the high costs related to accessing the services offered by various AI applications.
