مساهمة مورفولوجيا الجسم في دعم أليات الانتقاء الرياضي ضمن ممارسة الرياضة المدرسية

الملخص
الملخص: تُعد عملية الانتقاء الرياضي من الركائز الأساسية في ترسيخ قاعدة صلبة للمواهب الرياضية في الوسط المدرسي، لما لها من أهمية بالغة في توجيه التلاميذ نحو التخصصات المناسبة وتطوير قدراتهم البدنية والفنية، حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مساهمة مورفولوجيا الجسم للتلاميذ في دعم آليات الانتقاء الرياضي ضمن ممارسة الرياضة المدرسية، مع التركيز على دورها الفعال ا في تحقيق أداء متميز خلال المنافسات الرياضية. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي نظراً لملاءمته لطبيعة الموضوع. تم اختيار عينة قصدية مكونة من (25) أستاذاً للتربية البدنية والرياضية ينتمون إلى الطور الثانوي بولاية تبسة، منهم (13) أستاذاً ناشطاً في رياضة كرة القدم و(12) أستاذاً في رياضة الكرة الطائرة، موزعين عبر عشر مؤسسات تربوية، تم جمع البيانات من خلال استبيان محكم صُمّم خصيصاً لهذا الغرض، وتضمن محورين رئيسيين. وبعد تحليل المعطيات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS، أظهرت النتائج أن للخصائص المورفولوجية دوراً محورياً في تعزيز فعالية الانتقاء الرياضي من خلال الكشف المبكر عن القدرات الفطرية لدى التلاميذ وتوجيههم نحو التخصصات الرياضية الملائمة. كما بيّنت النتائج أن كفاءة وخبرة الأستاذ تُعد من العوامل المؤثرة في دقة التقدير الموضوعي للقدرات الفردية، ما يسهم في رفع مستوى الأداء وتحقيق نتائج إيجابية في المنافسات. Abstract: The sporting selection process is one of the basic pillars in consolidating a solid base for sports talents in the school environment, because of its great importance in directing students towards appropriate specializations and developing their physical and technical capabilities, as this study aims to contribute to the body’s body’s technology in supporting sports selection mechanisms within school exercise, with a focus on its effective role in achieving distinguished performance during sports competitions. To achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive approach was adopted due to its suitability for the nature of the topic. A intentional sample consisting of (25) professors of physical and sports education belonging to the secondary stage in the state of Tebessa, including (13) professors active in football and (12) professors in volleyball, distributed through ten educational institutions, the data was collected through a tight questionnaire specifically designed for this purpose, and included two main axes. After analyzing the data using the SPSS statistical program, the results showed that the morphological characteristics have a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of sports selection through early detection of the innate capabilities of students and directing them towards appropriate sporting specialties. The results also indicated that the efficiency and experience of the professor is one of the factors affecting the accuracy of the objective estimate of individual capabilities, which contributes to raising the level of performance and achieving positive results in the competitions
