دور منهاج التربية البدنية و الرياضية في توظيف مهارة الاتصال بالمرحلة الثانوية من منظور الأساتذة

الملخص
هدفت دراستنا إلى التعرف على دور منهاج التربية البدنية والرياضية في توظيف مهارة الاتصال بالمرحلة الثانوية، وإبراز أهمية توظيف هذه المهارة في العملية التعليمية التربوية، حيث استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي الملائم لدراستنا وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة قصدية المكونة من 25 أستاذا من مجتمع بحث يتمثل في أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية للتعليم الثانوي بولاية تبسة المقدر عددهم ب109 أستاذ حسب مديرية التربية لولاية تبسة، وقمنا بتطبيق استبيان خاص محكم متكون من محورين، وبعد جمع البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائيا ببرنامج التحليل الإحصائي "SPSS" تم التوصل إلى أن لمنهاج التربية البدنية والرياضية دور مهم في توظيف مهارة الاتصال بالمرحلة الثانوية، كما أن مهارة الاتصال هي العامل الفعال للعملية البيداغوجية في الحصة ولا بديل للأساتذة عنها فهي الوسيلة المثلى للربط بين المدرس والمتعلم. Abstract: Our study aimed to identify the role of the physical education and sports program in employing contact skill at the secondary stage and highlight the importance of utilizing these skill in the educational process. We used the descriptive approach suitable for our study and selected a purposive sample consisting of 25 teachers from the research community, which includes physical education and sports teachers in secondary education in Tebessa Province, with a total of 109 teachers according to the Directorate of Education of Tebessa Province. We applied a specific, validated questionnaire consisting of two axes. After collecting and statistically processing the data using the "SPSS" statistical analysis program, it was concluded that the physical education and sports program has an important role in employing contact skill at the secondary stage. Additionally, contact skill are the effective factor in the pedagogical process in classes. As it is a very useful mean to join between teachers and pupils, teachers have no other way but using it.
