The Role Of Business Accelerators In Supporting And Developing Startups - A Case Study Of Algeria

Abstract
The current study seeks to understand the nature of startups, their characteristics, stages, and importance, in addition to shedding light on the nature of business accelerators and their role in supporting and developing startups in Algeria. Given the significant importance of accelerators for startups and market leaders, they are considered the most important pillars of Algeria's economic plans at the current stage. Therefore, public authorities are seeking to strengthen their legal framework and bolster their ecosystem. Our current study finds that business accelerators play a fundamental role in promoting, supporting, and developing startups in Algeria. تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى الوقوف على ماهية الشركات الناشئة وخصائصها ومراحلها وأهميتها بالإضافة إلى إلقاء الضوء على ماهية مسرعات الأعمال ودورها في دعم وتنمية المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر؛ نظرا لما تلعبه مسرعات من أهمية كبيرة في المؤسسات الناشئة والمؤسسات الرائدة في السوق، فهي تعد أهم ركائز المخططات الاقتصادية الجزائرية في المرحلة الراهنة، ولهذا تسعى السلطات العمومية نحو تعزيز إطارها القانوني وتدعيم نظامها البيئي، وقد توصلت دراستنا الحالية إلى أن مسرعات الأعمال تلعب دورًا جوهريًا في تعزيز ودعم وتنمية المؤسسات الناشئة بالجزائر.
