الملخص

يعدّ السياق آلية مهمة يتبعها الدارس على اختلاف توجهه العلمي في فهم وتفسير وشرح نصوص عدة كالنص القرآني، والحديث النبوي الشريف، إذ نسعى من خلال دراستنا هذه إلى إبراز حركية ودور السياق التداولي في توجيه معنى الحديث النبوي، من خلال عناصره الخطابية غير اللغوية، في نموذج ديني سنيّ متمثل في الصيام أثناء السفر، محيطين فيه بالعناصر الحالية السياقية، والملابسات الكلامية التي تعمل على ترجيح معنى مقصدي دون غيره من المقاصد، مبرزين المغالطات القصدية حين لا يأخذ السياق التداولي مجراه الحقيقي. ومن خلال تتبعنا للنموذج المدروس بالتحليل وربطه بسياقه توصلنا إلى ما يلي: - حركية السياق التداولي فتحت مجالا لاحتمالات عدة في دلالات المضامين الكلامية للخطاب النبوي - يرجح السياق الحالي مقصدا دون آخر انطلاقا من العناصر والملابسات المحيطة بالملفوظات النبوية، مع ربطه بالكتلة المعجمية اللغوية أو السياق اللغوي. - عدم إدراج السياق الموقفي في شرح الأحاديث النبوية من قبل الأصوليين والفقهاء يؤدي إلى مغالطات في مختلف الأحكام لعدة مسائل دينية. Context is an important mechanism used by scholars of different scientific orientations in understanding, interpreting and explaining texts such as the Qur'anic text and the Prophetic Hadith. Through this study, we seek to highlight the dynamics and role of the deliberative context in directing the meaning of the Prophetic Hadith, through its non-linguistic discursive elements, in a Sunni religious model represented by fasting while travelling, surrounding the current contextual elements and the discursive circumstances that favour one intended meaning over another. In this study, we seek to highlight the dynamics and role of the deliberative context in directing the meaning of the hadith, through its non-linguistic rhetorical elements, in a Sunni religious model represented by fasting while travelling, highlighting the intentional fallacies when the deliberative context does not take its true course. Through our analysis of the studied model and its context, we came to the following conclusions: - The dynamics of the deliberative context opens up several possibilities in the semantics of the verbal contents of the prophetic discourse.The current context favours one meaning over another based on the elements and circumstances surrounding the prophetic utterances, while linking it to the lexical mass or linguistic context. Failure to include the situational context in the explanation of the prophetic hadiths by fundamentalists and jurists leads to fallacies in various judgements on several religious issues.
