The Impact Of Armed Conflicts On The Food Security Of Its Non-combatant Parties - Starvation In Gaza Model.

Abstract
Food security is an important dimension of human security, which affects human existence. But it is also an element affected by particular factors, including political instability. And as the current reality confirms that armed conflicts lead to massive famines affecting their parties, especially non-combatants, if the policy of starvation is adopted as a method of warfare to weaken the opponent .This raises the idea of a legal ban on starving civilians during wars and its legal implications. This research aims to open up the debate about how the hostilities in Gaza have affected the availability and accessibility of food for the civilian population and how international parties responded to this crisis. ان الأمن الغذائي بعد هام للأمن الانساني، مما يؤثر على الوجود البشري. ولكنه أيضا عنصر يتأثر بعوامل معينة، بما في ذلك عدم الاستقرار السياسي. وحيث يؤكد الواقع الحالي أن النزاعات المسلحة تؤدي إلى مجاعات هائلة تؤثر على أطرافها وخاصة غير تلك المقاتلة، إذا تم تبني سياسة التجويع كأسلوب حربي لإضعاف الخصم. وهذا يثير فكرة الحظر القانوني على تجويع المدنيين أثناء الحروب وآثاره القانونية. يهدف هذا البحث إلى فتح النقاش حول تأثير النزاع في "غزة" على الأمن الغذائي للمدنيين وكيفية استجابة القانون الدولي والهيئات الدولية لهذه الأزمة
