الأثر الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للتأمين الصحي في السودان

الملخص
المستخلص تناول البحث أهمية التأمين الصحي بحيث أنه قطاع خدمي مهم وله إنعكاسات على حياة الإنسان وأيضا يهتم بتطوير الخدمات التأمينية والإلمام الحقيقي بمتطلبات الحياة الاساسية من الناخية الصحية. ويهدف البحث الى تسلط الضوء على خدمات التأمين الصحي وتأثيره في عملية التنمية، أستخدم هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي الإحصائي عن طريق برنامج SPSS لتحليل ومناقشة النتائج ووضع التوصيات المناسبة للإسهام في إيجاد الحلول الناجعة لتذليل المشاكل إعتمد البحث في عملية جمع المعلومات عن طريق دراسة الحالة من خلال تصميم إستبانة، وذلك لتحليلها ومناقشتها للوصول إلى النتائج النهائية، توصل البحث الى نتائج أهمها الخدمات التي يقدمها التأمين الصحي متوافقة مع إحتياجات أفراد المجتمع الصحية، الخدمات الصحية للتأمين الصحي تؤثر في التنمية الاقتصادية، التأمين الصحي يمثل الجانب التكافلي للمجتمع، تدني المستوى الاقتصادي يؤثر على المؤمن في التامين الصحي، الاشخاص الذين يتمتعون بحالة صحية جيدة هم القادرون على تحسين دخولهم، أوصى البحث بتطوير القطاع الصحي عموماً في السودان وخدمات التأمين الصحي خاصتاً، كذلك أوصى بالتغطية الشاملة لكل المواطنين والفئات بالمجتمع، مع تأهيل المرافق الصحية وتوفير الأدوية المنقذة للحياة وجعل أسعارها في متناول الجميع، الإهتمام بالتدريب المستمر للعاملين في القطاع الصحي. Abstract The research addressed the importance of health insurance as it is an important service sector that has repercussions on human life and is also concerned with developing insurance services and real knowledge of the basic requirements of life from a health perspective. The research aims to shed light on health insurance services and their impact on the development process. This research used the descriptive statistical approach using the SPSS program to analyze and discuss the results and make appropriate recommendations to contribute to finding effective solutions to overcome the problems. The research relied on the process of collecting information through a case study by designing a questionnaire, in order to analyze and discuss it to reach the final results. The research reached the most important results, the services provided by health insurance are compatible with the health needs of community members, health services of health insurance affect economic development, health insurance represents the solidarity aspect of society, the low economic level affects the insured in health insurance, people who enjoy good health are able to improve their income, the research recommended developing the health sector in general in Sudan and health insurance services in particular, it also recommended comprehensive coverage for all citizens and groups in society, with the rehabilitation of health facilities and the provision of life-saving medicines and making their prices affordable for everyone, and paying attention to continuous training for workers in the health sector.
