A Reading Of The Most Important New Provisions In Decide 21-01 Related To The Electoral System In Algeria

Abstract
Within the framework of the change that the state pledged and took upon itself in response to structures and state institutions. This law relates to the electoral system embodied in Order No. 21-01 and the subsequent complementary and amended orders Similar to Order No. 21-02, Order No. 21-05, and Order No. 21-10. This law came with several new provisions, through which the legislator omitted what was neglected in the previous election laws, it cut off the path for the owners of corrupt money and influence, and also emphasized the enhancement of transparency and integrity in the electoral process to reach a participatory democracy, which appeared through the application of this law In the recent elections, candidates from deep in the country reached the top of Parliament. This is an indication of the accuracy and comprehensiveness of its texts.
