الملخص
يعد "جو-: ن ديوي" من أقطاب الفكر المعاصر، أحاط في كتاباته بمعالم الحياة الثقافية للعالم اليوم، فحاول أن يسد الفجوات فيه والانقسامات المصطنعة في حياة الإنسان، سيما تلك التي تفصل الفن عن مجرى الحياة العادية الواقعية، وما تنتجه الآلة وما يعرف بالصناعة أو الحرف، وقد حاول الوقوف على أسباب هذه النظرة الظاهرة، وبين خطر التصدّع في حياتنا الثقافية، ودعى إلى التفاعل مع كل جديد يطراً على حياة الإنسان، سيما ما صنعه من أجل مصلحته، شرط أن يكون مميزا يدفعنا الى إدراكه والتقدم نحوه بإعجاب. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجيزة التجربة الجمالية،فنون، نفعيةصناعة،متذوق،تكنولوجيا، موضوع جمالي، نافع.
