الملخص
ملخص: يتلخَّص الموضوع في هذا المقال في تعريفٍ موجَز لسيرِ المسابقات القرآنيّة سواء ما كان منها دوليّا تحت إشرافِ الحكومات، أو ما كان محليّا تحت إشراف الجمعيّات المختلفة، وعرضٍ لأركان المسابقات التي تقوم عليها، وحاولتُ أن أضع وصفًا للمحكِّم المثاليّ الذي تكون كلمتُه مهيمِنةً في اختيارِ الفائزين، وما ينبغي أن يكون عليه من تهيئةٍ سلوكيّةٍ، وزادٍ علميّ، وتراكمٍ معرفيّ، وتجربةٍ تعليميّةٍ، وملمحٍ شخصيٍّ مؤثِّر. Abstract: In this article, the topic is summarized in a brief definition of the conduct of Qur'anic competitions, whether international ones under the supervision of governments or local ones under the supervision of various associations, and a presentation of the pillars of the competitions on which they are based. I tried to describe the ideal referee whose word is dominant in choosing the winners, and the behavioural preparation, scientific increase, cognitive accumulation, educational experience, and influential personal profile that he should have.
