The Leadership Challenge In Dawah Work

Abstract
This article aims to study the challenge of leadership in Dawah work as an essential requirement and a legal necessity regulating many issues and matters. It also seeks to uncover the significance of leadership, the main problems facing effective leadership, and the role that leadership plays in achieving the goals of Dawah work. The research concludes that it is crucial to prepare effective leaders who possess a set of characteristics and skills, emphasizing the vital role of leadership in achieving the objectives of Dawah work. Leadership significantly impacts the success of Dawah efforts and the attainment of the desired goals and aspirations.
