مشروعية التنظيم الدعوي وأثره في عمل الدعاة

الملخص
يعدّ التنظيم أحد مبادئ ووظائف الإدارة، يأتي في المرتبة الثانية من حيث الأهمية بعد التخطيط، والتنظيم في العمل الدعوي ليس مخالفا لما هو عليه في الإدارة الإنسانية عموما، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على حقيقة التنظيم، وبيان مشروعيته وإبراز جوانب تميز التنظيم في الإسلام وفوائده والرد على المعترضين على التنظيم من الدعاة. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: أنّ الدعاة في أمس الحاجة إلى التنظيم خاصة في عصر العولمة والانفتاح الإعلامي، وتعاظم التحديات التي تواجه الدعوة الإسلامية حديثا ، وأيضا الإسلام يحث على التنظيم مراعاة لمقصود الشارع وتحقيقا للأخوة والتعاون، وأخيرا، إنّ إثارة المخاوف والتحفظات حول تطبيق التنظيم في العمل الدعوي يمكن إزالتها من خلال استراتيجية واضحة المعالم تبدد هذه المخاوف وترسخ الفكر المؤسسى عند الدعاة، مما يساعدهم في تحقيق أهدافهم الدعوية بفعالية. The concept of organization is regarded as one of the fundamental principles and functions of management. It occupies the second position in terms of importance, following the process of planning. In the context of religious work, organization is not in contradiction with its application in general human management. The objective of this research is to investigate the nature of organization, clarify its legitimacy, and highlight the distinctive aspects of organization within the Islamic framework, as well as its benefits and consequences on individuals who are exposed to organizational practices within the realm of preaching. The findings of this study have revealed several significant outcomes. Firstly, preachers require strong organizational skills, particularly in the era of globalization and media openness, where new challenges have emerged for Islamic preaching. Secondly, Islam encourages the practice of an organization, taking into consideration the intentions of the community, and facilitating brotherhood and cooperation. Finally, concerns and reservations about administrative organization in missionary work can be addressed through a clear strategy that alleviates these worries by instilling institutional thinking among the missionaries, thereby helping them achieve their missionary goals effectively.
