Artificial Intelligence In Business Intelligence: Harnessing Or Unleashing Its Power?

Abstract
The use of artificial intelligence has become inevitable in view of the technological explosion that the world has witnessed in the twenty-first century in all fields, especially in business intelligence Despite all the advantages and opportunities offered by (AI) , which were solutions to many problems that faced traditional services, it seems clear that (AI) is the future of ( BI), However it faced a lot of criticism regarding the limits of its use and reliance on it. The replacement of the human by artificial intelligence, or unleashing it, may pose an uncalculated consequences. This study deals with the most important advantages offered by artificial intelligence, and its features that qualify it to serve as a tool in the hands of decision makers. that enables it to influence business intelligence and the way it works .This paper offers an objective insight about the delay in unleashing artificial intelligence due to the important cons and risks that should not be neglected when using artificial intelligence in business intelligence , such as data protection, transparency, privacy
