This study analyzes the effectiveness of university incubators in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship through a comparative review of leading global models. University incubators transform academic knowledge into scalable ventures, relying on technological infrastructure, mentorship, funding access, industry partnerships, and technology transfer. Institutional factors, including leadership vision, organizational support, capacity-building programs, and entrepreneurial culture, critically influence outcomes. The study reviews three prominent incubators—DMZ (Canada), SkyDeck (USA), and SETsquared (UK)—to extract best practices. Recommendations for Arab universities include establishing incubator networks, integrating entrepreneurship education, strengthening industry collaboration, ensuring sustainable financing, and adopting digital performance monitoring. Effective incubators can drive knowledge-based economies and sustainable development.
