تقييم تطور التجارة الخارجية وتأثيرها على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر للفترة 2000-2020

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحليل و تقييم ﺃﺛﺮ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺎﺭﺓ الخارجية ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻨﻤﻮ ﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩﻱ في الجزائر ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﻟﻔﺘﺮﺓ 2020-2000 ، حيث تعتبر التجارة الخارجية أحد أهم مجالات التفاعل بين الاقتصاد المحلي و اقتصاديات العالم الخارجي ، و كذا مساهمتها في الناتج الداخلي الخام ﻣﻦ ﺟﻬﺔ ﻭﺗﻮﻓير ﺍﺣﺘﻴﺎﺟﺎﺕ ﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩ ﻣﻦ ﺟﻬﺔ ﺃﺧﺮﻯ ، غير ﺃن قطاع التجارة الخارجية يعاني ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺘﺒﻌﻴﺔ ﻟﻘﻄﺎﻉ المحروقات، حيث أن الميزان التجاري يتأثر بشكل مباشر بتطور أسعار المحروقات من جهة وكذا نجاعة الإجراءات التنموية الرامية الى تخفيض الواردات و زيادة الصادرات من جهة أخرى. ﻭﻟﻠﺘﺨﻠﺺ ﻣﻦ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺘﺒﻌﻴﺔ ﻓﻘﺪ تسعى الجزائر الى اتخاذ مجموعة ﻣﻦ البرامج و الإصلاحات والتي تقوم بالأساس على ترقية الصادرات ومن ثم البحث على سبل الادماج في السوق الدولية من خلال مساعيها للانضمام الى المنظمة العالمية للتجارة، وكذلك اتفاقية الشراكة مع الاتحاد الأوروبي.. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of foreign trade on economic growth in Algeria during the period 2020-20. 00, as foreign trade is considered one of the most important areas of interaction between the local economy and the economies of the outside world, as well as its contribution to the gross domestic product on the one hand, and providing the needs of the economy on the other hand. On the other hand, the foreign trade sector suffers from dependency on the fuel sector, as the trade balance is directly affected by the development of fuel prices on the one hand, as well as the effectiveness of development measures aimed at reducing imports and increasing exports on the other hand. In order to get rid of this dependency, Algeria may seek to undertake a set of programs and reforms, which are mainly based on promoting exports and then searching for ways to integrate into the international market through its efforts to join the World Trade Organization, as well as the partnership agreement with the European Union.
