The Role Of The Entrepreneurship Development Center In Enhancing Entrepreneurial Competencies Among Student Project Holders: A Case Study Of The Entrepreneurship Development Center At The University Center Of Tipaza

Abstract
This study emphasizes the significance of the Entrepreneurship Development Center at the University Center of Tipaza in cultivating entrepreneurial spirit among students via a 15-day training program. To contextualize the research, various academic references were employed to delineate entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial spirit among students, as well as to introduce the Center and its primary areas of emphasis. Two questionnaires were used to collect data: one for 16 instructors from inside and outside the Center and the other for 30 students who had finished the program. We also did complementary interviews with student entrepreneurs. The results show how important training is for addressing the main issues that the program was meant to address. They also show how much students' understanding of their projects and the ways to carry them out has changed. Additionally, the study determines the training duration regarded by instructors as optimal for ensuring efficacy.
