الملخص
ملخص: يعد البرلمان من أهم المؤسسات السياسية التي تحمي الحريات العامة في دولة القانون. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة دور البرلمان الموريتاني في حماية الحريات العامة، وقد توصنا من خلال هذا البحث إلى أن الحماية البرلمانية للحريات العامة، تتحقق من خلال سن التشريعات، كما تتأكد خاصة في الفترات الاستثنائية التي تخضع لرقابة البرلمان، لكن هذه الحماية، تجد حدوها في ضعف أداء البرلمان، الذي يعود إلى أسباب ذاتية وأسباب موضوعية، سيتم تفصيلها في البحث. Summary: Parliament is one of the most important political institutions that protect public freedoms in the rule of law. This research aims to study the role of the Mauritanian parliament in protecting public freedoms. Through this research, we concluded that the parliamentary protection of public freedoms is achieved through the enactment of legislation, and is especially emphasized in exceptional periods that are subject to parliamentary control, but this protection finds its limit in the weak performance of the parliament, which is due to subjective and objective reasons, which will be detailed in the research.
