Territorial Intelligence As A Tool For Developing A Sustainable Tourist Destination. Illustration By The Wilaya Of Bejaia.

Abstract
The aim of our research is to show the role of local players in the creation of a tourist destination, using a territorial intelligence approach. It proposes a collective intelligence for the sustainable development of its territory, in favor of the wilaya of Bejaia. To this end, we will attempt to answer the following question: To what extent can territorial intelligence transform the tourism potential of the wilaya of Bejaia into a sustainable tourist destination? We used a qualitative approach based on an interview guide with the relevant territorial players. The article focuses on the constraints and challenges of sustainable tourism development. However, it demonstrates the low degree of coordination and cooperation between tourism stakeholders in Bejaia, where territorial intelligence is very limited in its application.
