Abstract

This study aims to propose a model for achieving organisational sustainability requirements. The questionnaire was used as a scientific research tool, and the path analysis method was used as a tool to test the proposed constructivist model through the statistical program Spss Amos, and the extent to which the proposed model conforms to the conformity indicators of constructivist equation modelling was ascertained
