Mechanisms For Activating Participatory Democracy In Algerian Legislation

Abstract

Abstract: This article examines participatory democracy as a mechanism for local governance that allows citizens to participate in decision-making and raise their concerns at the local level. The constitutional framework enshrined participatory democracy, explicitly stating it in Article 16 of the latest amendment in 2020. This article addresses the most important mechanisms for implementing participatory democracy, both classical and modern. يتناول هذا المقال بالدراسة الديمقراطية التشاركية كألية للتسيير المحلي تسمح للمواطنين المشاركة في صنع القرار و طرح انشغالاتهم على مستوى الجماعات المحلية. لقد كرس المؤسس الدستوري الديمقراطية التشاركية و نصت عليها صراحجة المادة 16 من اخر تعديل لسنة 202à و يعالج هذا المقال اهم الاليات المفعلة للديمقراطية التشاركية الكلاسيكية منها و الحديثة
