Abstract
Abstract: This article examines the commercial register as an essential legal and organizational instrument for the oversight and regulation of commercial activities within the Algerian legal framework. It clarifies the legislative framework governing the commercial register, focusing on its role in facilitating economic regulation and supervising commercial activities. The article further analyzes the legal implications of registration in the commercial register, particularly with respect to the acquisition of merchant status and its impact on commercial relations between the parties.
