الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى تقييم تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في الرابطة الولائية للرياضة المدرسية بولاية برج بوعريريج، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والاستبيان كأداة للدراسة على عينة تمثلت في 35 عاملاً في الرابطة الولائية للرياضة المدرسية ببرج بوعريريج اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية. توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: أن إدارة الجودة الشاملة تطبق بدرجة متوسطة، مع التزام القيادة الإدارية في تشجيع المشاركة ونشر الثقافة، ومشاركة العاملين والمدربين في اتخاذ القرارات والتحسين المستمر، والتركيز على المستفيدين (التلاميذ، المدارس، الأولياء) من خلال أخذ الآراء وتقييم الرضا، مع الإشارة إلى تحديات في المتابعة الدورية، آليات التنفيذ، والتواصل المستمر. كلمات مفتاحية: إدارة الجودة الشاملة – الرياضة المدرسية – الرابطة الولائية للرياضة المدرسية. Abstract: This study aims to assess the extent to which the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM) are implemented within the Provincial League for School Sports in Bordj Bou Arreridj. The research relied on the descriptive approach and employed a structured questionnaire administered to a randomly selected sample of 35 employees working in the league. The results revealed that the implementation of TQM practices is at a moderate level. Specifically, the administrative leadership demonstrates a relative commitment to fostering participation and promoting a culture of quality. Moreover, employees and trainers are partially engaged in decision-making processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Considerable attention is also directed toward the main beneficiaries—namely students, schools, and parents—through mechanisms of feedback collection and satisfaction assessment.
