الملخص
تعتبر الأصالة من أبجديات البحث العلمي وتستوجب توفرها في أي بحث علمي، لاسيما القانوني منه، لان الباحث من خلال عمله يحاول إضافة الجديد، ولا يكرر ما هو موجود مسبقا، ما دامت الحياة مستمرة فحتما تتعدد المشاكل وتتجدد الحلول، وهذا من خلال إعداد البحوث العلمية المتزامنة مع تطور الحياة داخل المجتمع، ولا يأتي ذلك فقط من خلال الموضوع والإشكالية المراد دراستها فقط، بل يشمل كذلك الأمر طريقة دراسة هذا الموضوع والنتائج المتحصل عليها. Originality is considered one of the ABCs of scientific research and it must beavailable in anyscientificresearch, especiallylegalresearch, becausethroughit the researcher tries to addsomething new and does not repeatwhatalreadyexists. As long as life continues, problemswillinevitablymultiply and solutions willberenewed. This isdonethrough the preparation of scientificresearchthatcoincideswith the development of life within society. This does not only come through the subject and the problem to bestudied, but alsoincludes the method of studyingthissubject and the resultsobtained.
