Abstract
Summary: The concept of the right to a fair trial in cybercrime is considered one of the basic human rights, based on the availability of a set of constitutional and legal procedures by which the criminal case is conducted within the framework of protecting the person - especially in light of the contemporary digital environment - from anything that would affect or diminish his freedom, dignity and personal rights. It has been stipulated in most contemporary national legislations as well as international agreements with the aim of protecting the accused from all unlawful transgressions and enjoying all constitutional and legal guarantees before the start of the trial, during the trial and after the completion of its procedures.
