واقع ودورالسياسات التعليمية في تطور الاقتصاد الوطني: ماليزيا أنموذجا

الملخص
: تمكنت ماليزيا من تحقيق مكانة جد متقدمة وفريدة من نوعها في مجال التعليم جعلها تتنافس وتتسابق مع كبرى الدول في العالم في المجتمع الدولي، في العلم والتقنيات التكنولوجية بمختلف مستوياتها وفروعها. إذ تتضمن الدراسة إبراز محتوى وأهداف السياسات التعليمية ودورها في الاقتصاد الماليزي، لما التعليم قيمة جد معتبرة ودافعة لنشر وإنتاج المعرفة، والاستثمار فيها بالنسبة للأطوار التربوية والتعليمية الثلاثة بهدف تحقيق المصالح القومية الدولة. كما تجدر الاشارة إلى إن هذا النموذج فريد من نوعه لأنه يأخذ بعين الاعتبار مختلف مقومات وخصائص الدولة السياسية والتاريخية، الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية، الثقافية والعقائدية Malaysia has been able to achieve a very advanced and unique position in the field of education, which has made it compete and race with major countries in the international community in science and technology at its various levels and branches. The study included highlighting the content and objectives of educational policies and their role in the Malaysia economy, given the significant value of education and the incentive to spread, and produce knowledge and invest in it for all educational and teaching stages with the aim of achieving the national interests of the state. It is also worth noting that this model is unique because it takes into account all the political, historical, économie, social, cultural and idéological components and characteristics of the state.
