الملخص
ملخص: يعتبر مبحث الجريمة من أهم البحوث في علم النفس الجنائي و الذي يهتم بدراسة الجريمة من جميع جوانبها بالتركيز على الشخص الذي يرتكب الجريمة في حد ذاته والتعامل مع السلوك الإجرامي والاهتمام بجميع الدوافع النفسية التي من شأنها تؤثر في هذه السلوكيات. فهناك اختصاص علم النفس الجنائي الذي يدرس ويحلل مبحث الجريمة – النزعة الإجرامية- السلوك المنحرف- تفكك الشخصية- الشخصية الإجرامية، وهنا تتجلى أهمية التحليل النفسي في تبصير الفرد بالاضطرابات النفسية كدوافع تؤدي إلى النزعة الإجرامية و السلوك المنحرف ومساعدته على بناء ذاتية مقاومة لصد السلوك العدواني بالعلاج النفسي والتعديل السلوكي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجريمة- جنوح الجريمة- السلوك المنحرف- الدوافع النفسية والاجتماعية Abstract : The study of crime is considered one of the most important researches in psychology, which is concerned with studying crime in all its aspects by focusing on the person who commits the crime himself, dealing with criminal behavior, and paying attention to all psychological motives that may influence these behaviors. There is the specialty of criminal psychology, which studies and analyzes crime - criminal tendency - deviant behavior - personality disintegration - criminal personality. Keywords: Crime- delinquency crime- deviant behavior- sociological and psychological motivies. Résumé : L'étude du crime est considérée comme l'une des recherches les plus importantes en psychologie. Elle s'intéresse à l'étude du crime sous tous ses aspects, en se concentrant sur l'auteur du crime, en analysant son comportement et en prêtant attention à tous les motifs psychologiques susceptibles d'influencer ce comportement. La psychologie criminelle est une spécialité qui étudie et analyse le crime, la tendance criminelle, le comportement déviant, la désintégration de la personnalité et la personnalité criminelle.
