مشكلات توطيد ثقافة المقاولة للطالب الجامعي في الجزائر(دراسة ميدانية بجامعة خنشلة) Problems Of Consolidating The Entrepreneurial Culture For University Students In Algeria (a Field Study At Khenchela University).

الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن المعوقات التي تحول دون تعزيز الثقافة المقاولاتية لدى طلبة قسم علوم التسيير بجامعة خنشلة، واعتمدت في منهجيتها على المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم جمع البيانات الأساسية عبر أداة الاستبيان، وجرى تحليلها باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) على عينة شملت 118 طالبًا وطالبة من مختلف المستويات الدراسية والتخصصات الفرعية داخل القسم وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود معوقات أساسية مرتبطة بكل من التكوين الجامعي و المرافقة، في حين لم تثبت الاعتبارات الشخصية للطلبة كعامل مؤثر في عدم تبنيهم لهذه الثقافة، كما كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في آراء أفراد العينة تُعزى إلى المتغيرات الشخصية (كالجنس والمستوى الدراسي)، واختتمت الدراسة بتقديم مجموعة من التوصيات الرامية إلى نشر وتعزيز الثقافة المقاولاتية within قسم علوم التسيير . This study aimed to identify the obstacles hindering the promotion of entrepreneurial culture among students of the Department of Management Sciences at Khenchela University. The methodology relied on a descriptive approach, where primary data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) on a sample of 118 male and female students from various academic levels and sub-specializations within the department. The results of the study revealed significant obstacles related to both university training and support, while students' personal considerations were not proven to be a influencing factor in their lack of adoption of this culture. The findings also showed no statistically significant differences in the sample members' opinions attributable to personal variables (such as gender and academic level). The study concluded by presenting a set of recommendations aimed at disseminating and promoting entrepreneurial culture within the Department of Management Sciences.
