.This study investigates the contribution of strategic communication to enhancing employees’ psychological well-being within organizational settings, emphasizing its evolution from a purely administrative function to a strategic process that shapes perceptions, meanings, and emotional engagement at work. Adopting a descriptive–analytical approach that integrates theoretical perspectives with recent empirical evidence, the study develops a conceptual framework linking communication practices to well-being and organizational performance. The findings reveal that transparent information flow, role clarity, and meaningful participation reduce occupational stress, strengthen organizational belonging, and improve job satisfaction. Moreover, consistent and expectation-aligned communication fosters emotional stability, reinforces perceived organizational support, promotes a participatory culture, and contributes to reduced absenteeism.
